Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing one of our Voduz Hair tools or products.

Great care and attention is taken by our quality control to ensure the highest of standards are met and your product reaches you in excellent condition. If for any reason you need to return your item , we offer a swift and simple process to follow.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

All orders from Voduzhair.com are subject to a 21-day returns policy. The Item must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.  Any items that meet these requirements and are returned directly to us within this period are eligible for a full refund on production of proof of purchase. Outside of this timeframe no refund will be offered. A credit or replacement will be offered instead.

All customer inquiries should be directed to info@voduzhair.com We ask that you avoid sending multiple inquiries as this may cause a delay in your response time. 

Returning Your Product 

To initiate a return, email info@voduzhair.com with an explanation of the product in question. Please note at this stage you will be asked to provide Proof of Purchase receipt to validate your warranty, and/or evidence of the issue you are reporting. 

Please note that any unauthorized repairs (including fuse and plug replacements) will null any warranty. 

The Customer Services Team will respond to you within a 48-hour time frame.

Purchases from a Third Party Official Retailer

If the item is not faulty and you just wish to return the item as you no longer want it , this will then be subject to the third party retailers own direct returns/refunds policy. If the item's are faulty then you can please follow the direct returns instructions to Voduz below.

If the goods are faulty and you fall within your 12-month manufacturer's warranty period, please contact info@voduzhair.com where our Customer Services Team will be able to assist you further and we will be able to offer a replacement or credit note to the amount shown on the proof of purchase. 

Reporting a Lost or Damaged Item 

If the goods have been lost/stolen and you have not received your order when the courier has confirmed this has been successfully delivered. We require this to be reported within 48 hours to allow track and trace with the courier. Any reports out with this time are unable to be processed. 

If you have received a damaged item, this must also be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery date.

 

Faults and Manufacturing Faults

Voduz does not operate a repair service, should a manufacturing fault be detected you would receive a replacement product, providing the item is within the manufacturer's warranty

If a limited-edition product is not available this will be replaced on a like-for-like basis with the equivalent product under the warranty terms.

If a product has been deemed faulty or not performing correctly and within your manufacturer warranty, we will provide you with returns information, please contact info@voduzhair.com . We require you to print or write out your returns form and include it in your parcel, this would be to identify your return and make the returns process easier and faster.

Return Address

Securely package your return and enclose the below Return Form so that your parcel can be identified and processed through our warehouse accordingly. Return Address details will be issued by email by one of our team, once your return had been logged on our system.

We recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Doing so will allow you to track your return as we will not be able to facilitate a refund for any returns lost or damaged.

Receiving a Refund

Once the returned item is received, we aim to process a refund or exchange within 21 days from receipt of the goods. Goods are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

No right of cancellation, refund, or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are found to be faulty or not as described. If you believe any of these to be the case please email info@voduzhair.com within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Receiving a Replacement

Should you receive a faulty item and have this replaced by Voduz, this is subject to our 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of the initial purchase. Accessories and brushes are subject to a 6-month warranty from date of purchase. A replacement device will not extend or renew this warranty. Replacements are subject to a fair usage policy.
